The reward of donating to the masjid is Sadaqh Jariah
which is a reward that compounds exponentially, even when you have passed away.
Anytime a muslim walks into masjid premises and have benefited off of your donation,
you will be rewarded for their deed as well.

WHAT IS SADAQAH JARIYAH?

Sadaqah jariyah is charity that continues to benefit people long-term and continues to earn the giver rewards even after death.

When you give sadaqah jariyah, it will support a project of lasting benefit—something like:

• • Developing a clean water system
  • Building a school
  • Helping widows start businesses
  • Establishing farms
  • Building or equipping a health clinic

These are projects that communities will enjoy and appreciate for years, even generations. It can turn a family’s life around.

HADITH

When a son of Adam dies, then his good deeds stop except for three: a Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity), a beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.
